## RETURNS — 30 DAYS. ZERO STRESS.

You have **30 days** from the date your order arrives
to request a return. That's it. Simple.

**To be eligible, your item must be:**
- In its original condition—unused and unmodified
- In its original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

We designed HYLUK to impress you from the first cup.
If it doesn't, that matters to us.

**To start a return:**
Email us at support@hyluk.com with your order number
and a brief note on why you'd like to return.
We respond within 24 hours — always.

## DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your HYLUK arrives damaged, defective, or
Not as described—we don't need it back.

Contact us at support@hyluk.com within 48 hours
of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue
and we will send you a brand-new replacement
immediately—at zero cost to you.

This is not a policy we debate.
Your experience with HYLUK is our responsibility.

## RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return is approved, we'll email you
a prepaid return shipping label with full instructions.

**Please do not send items back without contacting us first.**
Items returned without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return address provided upon approval.

## REFUNDS — FAST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD

Once we receive and inspect your return:

- You'll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours
- If approved, your refund is issued immediately
- Funds appear on your original payment method
  within **5–10 business days** depending on your bank

If 10 business days have passed since your refund
was approved and you haven't received it —
email us at support@hyluk.com and we'll
Investigate and resolve it the same day.

## EXCHANGES

Want a different color or variant?
The fastest path is to return your current item
and place a new order once the return is confirmed.

## EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union,
you have the right to cancel or return your order
within **14 days of receipt** — for any reason,
with no justification required.

Your item must be in its original, unused condition
with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

## ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We cannot accept returns on:

- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged
  after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during final sale events
  (clearly marked at time of purchase)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies,
email us first—we'd rather talk it through
than have you ship something unnecessarily.
